The website is operated by Hanoi Dental Concierge Limited, a New Zealand registered company trading as Hanoi Dental Concierge (“HDC”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

1. About Hanoi Dental Concierge
Hanoi Dental Concierge is an independent referral and facilitation service that helps people understand overseas dental treatment options and, where appropriate, facilitates introductions and communication with selected dental clinics in Hanoi, Vietnam.
HDC is not a dental clinic, dental practice or healthcare provider. We do not diagnose dental conditions, prescribe treatment, provide clinical advice or perform dental treatment.
Any diagnosis, treatment recommendation, treatment plan, quotation or clinical decision is made by the dental clinic and its qualified dental professionals.
2. Information on this website
The information on this website is provided for general information purposes.
We aim to keep information accurate and current. However, dental procedures, clinic services, pricing, treatment timeframes, exchange rates and other information may change.
Information on this website should not be treated as dental, medical or other professional healthcare advice.
You should obtain appropriate professional advice about your individual circumstances before making decisions about dental treatment.
3. Dental treatment and clinic decisions
Any decision about whether a person is suitable for treatment is made by the treating clinic and its dental professionals.
HDC does not guarantee that a clinic will accept you as a patient or recommend a particular treatment.
Treatment plans and quotations may change following examination, diagnostic imaging or further clinical assessment.
The treating clinic is responsible for the clinical services and dental treatment it provides.
4. Partner clinics
HDC works with selected dental clinics in Hanoi.
Our relationship with a clinic does not mean that HDC provides, supervises or controls the clinical treatment delivered by that clinic.
Clinics remain responsible for their own professional advice, treatment, staff, facilities, clinical decisions and patient care.
Where HDC charges a client a separate facilitation fee, this will be disclosed before the client agrees to proceed.
5. Prices and savings
Any prices, cost comparisons or potential savings shown on this website are indicative only unless expressly stated otherwise.
Actual treatment costs depend on factors including the patient’s dental condition, treatment plan, materials selected, diagnostic findings and the treating clinic.
Prices quoted in New Zealand dollars may also be affected by currency movements.
Only the treating clinic can provide a final clinical treatment plan and treatment quotation.
6. Treatment outcomes
Every patient and dental treatment is different.
Information, photographs, testimonials, case studies or examples on this website should not be interpreted as a guarantee that another patient will receive the same treatment or outcome.
HDC does not guarantee any particular clinical outcome.
Questions or concerns relating to treatment, complications, warranties, remedial treatment or clinical aftercare should be addressed with the treating clinic in accordance with the arrangements applying to that treatment.
7. Travel
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, HDC does not provide or sell flights, accommodation, travel insurance, visas, tours or other travel services.
Any travel information provided through this website is general information only.
Patients are responsible for making their own travel arrangements and ensuring they hold appropriate passports, visas, insurance and other travel documentation.
8. Your information
If you contact HDC or submit information through this website, we may collect personal information in order to respond to your enquiry and, where appropriate, facilitate communication with a dental clinic.
Where information needs to be provided to a clinic in Vietnam, this will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy requirements.

This website may contain links to websites or services operated by dental clinics or other third parties.
These websites and services are not controlled by HDC. We are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices or separate terms and conditions.

Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website, including text, branding, graphics, photographs, video and other material created by or for HDC, is owned by or licensed to Hanoi Dental Concierge Limited.

The current version will be published on this website together with the date it was last updated.
Changes apply from the date the updated Terms are published and do not retrospectively alter any separate agreement already entered into with HDC.

Any dispute relating to these Terms or use of this website will be subject to the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts, subject to any rights or dispute resolution processes that apply under New Zealand law.
